Never miss
another call.
Insom builds the phone systems, websites, and follow-up that keep your calendar full — running at 2am, on Sundays, and while you're on a job. You do the work. We handle everything before and after it.
Named for insomnia — because the systems we build never clock out, and neither do we until your service is fulfilled.
A missed call isn't a missed call. It's a job that went to whoever picked up next.
Most local service businesses miss somewhere between a quarter and half their inbound calls — lunch, drive time, after hours, weekends. Almost none of those people leave a voicemail. They just call the next name on the list.
The phone rings at 8pm. Nobody's there. They call the next guy.
You're under a sink with your hands full. Same result.
Someone fills out your form, hears nothing for two days, and books elsewhere.
What the night shift looks like.
A walkthrough of how a night unfolds once the system is on. Illustrative — this is exactly what it's built to do.
A call rings out. You're asleep.
A homeowner with a leaking water heater calls, gets no answer, and starts scrolling for the next plumber on the list.
The system texts back before they can dial a competitor.
A friendly message from your business, in your voice: "Sorry we missed you — what's going on?" They stop scrolling.
Booked for 8:00 AM.
The system qualifies the job, offers your first open slot, and locks it into your calendar. The customer even gets a tip to shut the water off.
It happens again. Different caller, same catch.
Every missed call that night gets the same 12-second rescue. No overtime, no grogginess, no "sorry, we're closed."
You wake up to a full morning.
Booked jobs on the calendar, every conversation logged, owner alerts for anything that needs a human — you. That's the whole product.
Six systems. Run them all or start with one.
Your phone, answered 24/7
Missed calls get an instant text back. New leads get qualified, quoted, and booked — even at 3am.
A site that books jobs
Fast, mobile-first sites built to turn a Google search into a booked appointment. Not a brochure.
Show up in the map pack
Google Business Profile, reviews, and local listings dialed in so you're the first name they see.
Get the same customer twice
Reminders, seasonal tune-ups, review requests, and reactivation campaigns that run themselves.
Look like the obvious choice
Short-form video and posts that make you the name people already recognize when they need you.
We keep it all running
Monthly upkeep, edits, monitoring, and reporting. You never touch a dashboard.
Four steps. You're involved in one of them.
15 minutes
You tell us where jobs are leaking. We tell you if we can fix it. No pitch deck.
7–14 days
We build the system, depending on scope. You get one link to review everything.
Watched for a week
We flip it on and watch it. If a call gets handled wrong, we fix it same day.
It runs
A monthly report: how many calls came in, how many got booked, and what it made you.
Most people start with Missed-Call Rescue. It's the fastest thing to prove, so it's the only thing you can buy without talking to me first.
Missed-Call Rescue
Every call you miss gets an instant text back, before they dial the next guy. Plus an automated review engine that turns finished jobs into Google reviews.
- Instant text-back on every missed call, 24/7
- Automatic follow-up if they don't reply
- Owner alerts so nothing dies unread
- Automated Google review requests after every job
- Lead pipeline so you can see what's in play
- Monthly report: calls rescued and reviews gained
- Carrier compliance registration handled for you
- Your existing phone number never changes
No long-term contract — cancel the monthly anytime. You keep your number and your data. Secure checkout via Stripe.
Setup typically takes 5–7 days of build time. Carrier registration for business texting runs 1–2 weeks and is outside anyone's control — we build while it processes.
No case studies yet. On purpose.
Insom launched in 2026 and I'd rather show you nothing than show you someone else's work. What's here is exactly what I've built so far — concepts, live demos, and the systems running this business. First three clients get founding rates in exchange for being the first real case studies.
Founding client pricing.
I'm taking on three businesses — in any state or country — at founding rates in exchange for one thing: permission to use the results as case studies. You get the discount. I get the proof. Straight trade.
No lock-in. And we don't stop until it works.
You're never trapped. There's no long-term contract — cancel the monthly any time with one email, and you keep your number and your data. And we don't call a build "done" until your system is live and catching missed calls. If something isn't working, we fix it — that's included, not an upsell.
Built in Atlanta, by someone who answers the phone.
I'm Tristin. I started Insom because I got tired of watching good local businesses lose work to nothing more than a phone that rang at the wrong time.
I lead every project personally. You'll always know who you're talking to.
I'm based in Atlanta, but the systems I build run entirely online — so I work with service businesses in any state or country. In-person meetings, filming, and photo days happen in the Atlanta area (or by travel arrangement).
- Customer service — I've worked the calls these systems are built to catch.
- Marketing & social — I know what makes a local business get found and chosen.
- Video & content — the work that makes you the name people already recognize.
The stuff you're actually wondering.
Is this a robot talking to my customers?
It's an automated system — I won't pretend otherwise. It handles the text-back, qualifying, and booking using rules and answers you approve. It's built to sound like your shop, and anything it isn't sure about gets handed to a real person: you.
What if it says something wrong?
You tell me up front what it should never say or promise, and I set escalation rules so tricky situations route to you. If something gets handled wrong, I fix it the same day — that's the deal during launch week and after.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your existing number stays exactly as it is. The system works alongside it — either as a line that rings your phone first, or by catching only the calls you don't answer. Nothing you've printed or posted changes.
What if I already have a website?
Yes, this works with whatever you already have. Missed-Call Rescue is about your phone, not your site.
How long until I see something?
Build time is usually 5–7 days. The one thing nobody can speed up is carrier registration for business texting, which runs 1–2 weeks — I file it on day one and build while it processes.
Am I locked into a contract?
No — there's no long-term contract. The monthly cancels any month with one email, and you keep your number and your data.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your number, your site, and your data. You send one email — no phone call, no retention runaround.
Your phone's going to ring tonight.
The question is whether anybody answers it.
